Great facilities, Tons of upgrades to the ice rinks, and the new building that has doubled the offerings in the whole complex! Way beyond a 'gym!'
DennisJuly 9, 2017Nice gym if you are in from out of town and looking for a place to hit the weights or cardio on the machines. Small indoor track on second floor. Admission is reasonable.

Nashville Predators open practices are a great place to get autographs, sit in the far stands, when they do their cool down, move to the stairs and wait for them to come off the ice!
Friday and Saturday nights in the winter is peak time for ice skating - especially courting teenagers where the boys like to show off their skating abilities a little too much.
