- Olivier DesmoulinOctober 31, 2011Don't be shy, enter the Meridien hotel and even if you're sure you not at the right place ask for the Burger Joint. They will show you the hyden door.

- Shaun Tollerton ⚡️December 26, 2017Cheeseburger, medium rare, works, no bacon and a vanilla shake. 👌

- JessicaNovember 29, 2014Long line, expect to wait about 45min. until you are able to order, be ready to rush to snatch a table right after you order. Good burgers.
- Christie C.September 29, 2010A dive burger joint hidden in a snazzy hotel. Walk past the concierge desk in the Le Parker Meridian and follow the burger smell. It's hidden behind a red curtain!
- Eric M.May 13, 2011@cjleonejr and @mckennaolson were right about place. Order The Works with fries and have a brew. Great burger! 4sq.com/jaZcr2

- Rock RainesNovember 3, 2019this place brings me so so so much joy. Burgers and fries served with a little side of joy.
- Fernanda NeuteFebruary 7, 2017I don't understand the hype about this place. The burger is good, but definitely not worth standing in line for. Many other great options especially if you are just visiting for a few days.
- Blue Man City ManDecember 24, 2014You can call it in so you don't have to wait in line. Great burgers and fries.
- Curtis ShoungJune 10, 2016full of tourist? yes. pricey (double cheeseburger for $18)? yes. tasty? yes.
- Kathy HergertApril 11, 2016Fun atmosphere but the buns were like wonder bread. The fries frozen, and I suspect the meat is factory farmed and frozen patties. Just an interesting version of McD's. Sorry, not impressed.
- Jenn LewisFebruary 28, 2014I'm a newbie!!!! And I will be here next Sat-tues so I can't wait to taste tht infamous Burger!!! B
- Dylan AcresJune 1, 2012While it was a really good burger it wasn't a life changing experience. Don't plan on actually getting a table here either.

- Julian NamNovember 5, 2010The not-so-secret burger in town. It's good, but is it worth the hype? At least you get to feel special for finding this "hidden" gem.
- Marc BuonAugust 18, 2012The line seems to disappear after 9pm on Friday nights! Decent burger, not my best in NYC (ShakeShack better amongst others) but has a little something to it.
- Lisa WFebruary 20, 2013Love the atmosphere and attitude. Fries were ok, perfectly salted. Burger was good, but the works were a bit much. Wouldn't wait a long time for it. Shake Shack might be a bit better in my opinion.
- Tastes like it came off of a backyard BBQ. The fries are amazing but a cheeseburger with pickles is the way to go.
