Nice enough hotel. The heat in our room never worked except in the bathroom. No free wifi in the room was a bummer too. Beds were super comphy & over all its very clean.

Don't stay here. Incompetent/lazy staff. Lounge employees = No English. ZERO sound-proofing, EVERYWHERE, all-floors. Staff says they'll fix something, next staffer won't. King bed = got a SMALL DBL?!?

Very poor internet access. DHCP scopes become exhausted quickly on the lobby hotspot. Also, access in the room is $12.95 and access in intermittent and again, very slow.

No free wifi anywhere now - not even in business lounge where you could pick up their restaurant. Nearest free is au Bon pain next door. Absolute pain and will not stay here again

Found a dirty pair of men's boxers in the bed, will NEVER stay here again! It's expensive for what you get, our reservation was screwed up, we were lied to, and all in house resturaunts closed early

Worst service I have had at a hotel. Room was supposed to be for 4 ppl and it didn't have a bed. Rude cleaning staff. No Wi-fi. Never come here!
