Cheap, fast, intimate, pub yum cha food. Would return for some chilling and to get my Asian fix in non-Asian ambience.

One of the best examples of this pub cha chain. Friendly staff and quick service. Try the tasting plate of dumplings, ask for extra hot sauce and check out the daily special

Mediocre dumplings, but not much choice in the area. You have to get at least one place to fill you up. The slow braised chilli beef buns are a must try.

Forget the panda enclosure and hang out at The Royal's new dumpling bar. Great value and loads of choice so trust your meal to Tin but dont leave without the peking duck pancakes in yr belly!

This is dumpling heaven Try the wanton soup and the prawn and pork dumplings. Also the Sichuan noodles are a winner - slippery noodles pork spicy coriander - delicious. Chinese/Vietnamese fusion

REVIEW: Other 4SQ members have talked this place up, & while the food is very tasty, the service fast & friendly & the price reasonable, it's a stretch to call it the best place to eat in Surry Hills.

Great place. A little more expensive but much better quality than other similar places. Good vibe and friendly staff.

Szechuan Pork Noodles are a must. Dumplings are great. Honkies will like the Peking Duck but I'm for the tradional fat-tastic less meat variety.

If u are dining with the speets offer make sure u educate the server on the deal before placing Ur orders. They have no idea how it works nor do they know how do they have any mathematic al skills!

It's just ok. The duck in the pancakes was dry and really needed the sauce so pass on that. Friendly service, though.

Arrived on busy Friday night with kids and no booking. They happily made a table for us and were really friendly. Finished with ice cream dumplings and left doing the happy dance. Thanks guys.

Dumplings were supposed to be deep fried but came out soggy. Not worth the asking price.

Place is way overpriced, with tiny portions. Good quality, but if you're hungry, then go to Chinatown instead.
