backyard is covered and VERY LOVELY. downside, reserved for eating (if early ur & there's space, you can enjoy a beer). also, the barking from district dog is scary sounding. cute date place.

That foursquare lunch special needs to be revised...its the second time I unlock it and I get told is not valid on weekends - ad a line or 2 on what the terms are! Otherwise, good eggs

Bread is freshly baked in a little flower pot. Not only is it cute but it's AMAZING.

I've been here a handful of times for brunch. The food is good but not outstanding and the service is hit or miss. The last time we were in for brunch on a Saturday, the service was very poor.

The meatballs make a great late lunch or happy hour snack - the red sauce is salty and delicious.

The gemelli pasta here is rich and delicious, but not too heavy. The bar is made from salvaged pieces of piano and equipment from the Steinway piano factory.

Take some homemade spaghetti, add some sweet Italian sausage, winter greens, and creme fraiche. In the hands of, the result is pure bliss.

Best restaurant in Greenpoint. Their tomatoes taste like candy. The bar is made with salvaged wood from the Steinway piano factory.

this is no longer a favorite - quality has definitely declined. service is slow and prices are higher. burger is not worth $18 and brunch drinks are $9, not $5 now. bacon jam and OJ are good.

The cassoulet was amazing - but if you can get it, they had a olive oil poached halibut special that was RUDE. Do whatever you have to. Beg, if you must.
