Better scones in the city (everything is relative), great tea selection, but service is not that good, somehow feel like we didn’t get the same treatment as other tables (non-Asians patrons).

This place is amazing but randomly gets really crowded and it might take 30-40 minutes to get a seat. Call early to reserve seats!

NYC [Eat] Delicious scones -- try not to eat too many before your brunch arrives. If you're feeling whimsical, ask to be dusted in fairy powder when you walk in.

Ask the hostess for an upstairs table in the windowed main room. The other areas can seem dark and cramped.

Let your inner 90 year old woman out here and order the Mad Hatter. The age old debate still remains though - with milk or without milk?

After visiting Chapter I we were disappointed in Chapter II. Food was good but lacked the Whimsical feel of Chapter I and no fairy wings for Sale. Just one set for decoration equals bummed 6 yr Old.
