James KendallAugust 1, 2010Shins has by far the best quality sushi in SLO, so why pay a bunch to go to those other places in town. any of the special rolls/ rolls not on the main menu. For nigiri i recommend the nin ni ku ono.
They recently changed the name from Shins to Aisuru. In the switch, they dropped the prices, increased the quality, and totally upped the service. It's awesome.
