Josh Higgins: The balcony seats provide a really good view! Don't be afraid to book balcony seats.
Brian Wells: Beautiful theater. We had the absolute last row in the balcony, and the view was still great.
Kennedy Center: The Eisenhower Theater is the only performance space inside the Kennedy Center named after an individual. In 1958 President Eisenhower signed legislation creating what would become the Kennedy Center. Read more.
Ronda: The penthouse suite is awesome. Only $150. Has 2 bathrooms and an awesome balcony. The full kitchen is nice if you need it but it is outdated.
Paulo Gomes: I really loved this place. Rooms are great, we have good area with kitchen and balcony !
Walker: I got a huge room with a kitchen and balcony for less than $100 after taxes. Beware of the $150 incidental charge put on your card at check in though. I will definitely come back here again.
Sean Phillips: Be warned, even at an all GA show- there are seats on the floor and the balcony. There is no standing room GA. Beautiful venue though.
Cara: Gorgeous venue but beware that most of the balcony seats have ZERO stage visibility. Ended up standing in the back to see - others sat on the backs of their seats. Not cool.

Brendan Nee: the second floor balcony (down a tiny metal spiral staircase) has a great view of Adams Morgan and is a great place to have a beer even when it's busy.
Eric Andersen: Adams Morgan must-do: Find your way to the balcony — from the 3rd floor, step outside, then go down metal spiral stairs. Enjoy the view!

M Squared Real Estate: First opened in 1835, many Presidents have come to see performances, with many famous performers back in is heyday. National Theatre is now the city's most likely host for Broadway shows and musicals.
