JoJo Demirel: Everyone should take a tour of the White House...but you'll need to make reservations in advance of your trip. Rather, you'll need to schedule your trip around the reservation. But highly worth it.
Corey Simon: Definitely worth the tour, remember you need to set it up months in advance, easiest to go through your representative.

David Resseguie: Call ahead and try to schedule a tour to go down the steps. Especially good if you get an experienced guide that can give you all the history. Better than just viewing from the top and taking elev!
Ankush Saxena: Though tours to the top of the monument have been closed because of the earthquake, this place is great for picnics and admiring one of the nations most notable structures.
