Dominic Ferraro: Love this place! One of the few places I will miss if I move out of the area! Their lattes are the best and I love the chocolate raspberry scone!
Craig Cannon: Voted SF's Best New Place to Wait in Line in 2014
Robin Andersen: The counter flow was a little weird. The attention to interior detail is great. Little seating. Points for the record player. The cashier was pleasant. The baristas, not so much. Smiles don't hurt.

Luke Bornheimer: Some of the best coffee and espresso drinks in the city, hands-down! My personal favorite is a regular latte, though the mocha is fantastic. In all seriousness, you can't go wrong at Four Barrel.
Ben Ward: enjoy the ambience of a coffee shop that loves coffee, rather than a makeshift internet café. Unplug, unwind, enjoy their music and a damn good latte.
SFBART: It's only a few blocks from the 16th Mission BART Station. Great coffee AND tunes on vinyl - actual LPs on a record-playing machine, old-school! Read more.

Mazda: Phil Jaber and his son Jacob spent several months developing each blend. Phil's Tesora or "Treasure" blend took 7 years to find the perfect combination of beans.

Gunnar Aasen: One of the best places in the mission to hang out and get work done, if you can find a seat.
David Birdsong: if you come here to work, be sure to bring headphones, the dude-barista, if present, will torture your soul w/ music 'made for teenage metalheads playing coin-op games in grotty strip mall arcades' Read more.
Mark McGregor: Keep your Windows PCs at home. This place is ruled by iBook thugs.

Eliot Chang: A great throwback to traditional coffeehouse vibe! Fantastic place to meet with friends, do work, and get coffee or a bite.
Laurel F: Delicious pastries with slightly out of the ordinary flavors. Today it was a passion fruit coconut macaroon. Last week an everything croissant.
Adena Brenowitz: Great coffee shop/cafe in a good location. Food was good but they do run out of things by 12 pm on the weekends also laptops are discouraged on the weekend. They have a backroom space for events.

Rustem Feyzkhanov: Four barrel espresso and macchiato are the best.
Z: "serves Four Barrel espresso drinks, summery refreshers like egg cream soda, and tasty provisions from local purveyors like Bike Basket Pies, Fearless Chocolate and Knead Patisserie"
Shagun Aulakh: Lattes and other espresso drinks. Unexpected location. Edgy vibe. Not a sit down and socialize place. Just grab and go
