Facial services are fantastic. Massages lean more towards “relaxing” end and not really targeted for therapeutic/addressing issues beyond stress. Overall a great place

My nails bubbled within 30 minutes, 4 chipped the next day. Nail technician made phone calls, rushed, and ignored a completely ruined nail upon final inspection (which I had to bring to her attention)
They have great availability and I can usually get in without much advance notice. If you like getting massages every month, the membership is worth it.
Got my first massage here, and it was really great! But with the amount you pay + tip I would like to be able to leave without getting hounded for 25 minutes about signing up for "packge deals"

Do not come here- I had a mediocre pedicure, nice manicure did not return my $400 winter jacket. I left without it, called afterward and they said they didn't have it and to send my family to check.
