Our suite is beautiful! Internet is included in Resort Fee which makes the fee slightly less obnoxious.

jonny westAugust 1, 2011unwritten policy: if you need 5 glasses for your room (perhaps for a birthday toast) forget about it, four glasses is the max. expect long delays for room service delivery.
Grand lux rules. Also, cafe presse on 2nd floor has wifi and decent coffee & muffins

Ask for a complementary upgrade. We did and got a night in the Lago 2 bedroom suite.
Taxis do not pick up at the same place they dropped you off. Take the escalator down to the lower level to catch a ride.

Watch out for that $25 resort fee they'll charge you upon checkin. Thats a trap.
