Only week day 8a breakfast in Hillcrest I found. Plenty of bar seating with comfy chairs. Parking is tough north of University so grab a spot just south and walk the 1/2 blk. Plenty of spots there.

OMG French Toast is to DIE for! Had to wait 75 minutes for a table but totally worth it! Waited by the bar drinking the complimentary coffee. The bacon, corned beef hash... EVERYTHING was AMAZING!

Seriously the best pancakes I've ever had ever. Definitely get the pancake flight which allows you to try multiple flavors of pancakes! They also let you choose two Benedicts on one plate! Perfect!

Fresh with a great street presence and an impressive volume of the space. It engages the sidewalk on both a small and large scale and its warehouse aesthetic has a timeless quality to it.

Come early! We arrived at 830 am and still had to wait 25 mins. Bar seating is available though. We really enjoyed the cinnamon pancake, the chai tea, the pot pie, and early harvest Benny

Snooze serves Colorado's delicious Bhakti Chai, a fresh-pressed ginger chai that tastes great in a Dirty Chai (soy chai latte with a shot of espresso). Doooo it.

Don't wait 2 hours to eat here. Breakfast pot pie was fine but not incredible. Loud pop music & extremely bright makes it feel like the food court at a mall. Julie at the bar was great and hospitable.
