Try the tasting menu! Was pleasantly surprised on how good the food is and the staff was super attentive. Went to Joel Rubochon's restaurant the night before so Sage is so much better

Foodies delight. Personal faves - Wagyu beef tartare; Scallops in Carmel reduction-bed of mushrooms & shredded oxtail; parmesan bacon ravioli; & an unrivaled absinthe presentation. Dessert a must.

One of the best unknown bar scenes in Vegas. Huge, long bar with bartenders that really know their stuff. Definitely make sure you arrive early to enjoy a drink there. Food's pretty damn good too.

The four course tasting meal with the wine pairing is easily the way to go. The Wagyu Beef Tartar is life altering and the 40 Day Beef Belly can start a war. Service was incredible. Worth every penny.

Sample the Desert Shrub cocktail – tequila, prosecco, 7 Leguas Reposado, grapefruit syrup, and pink grapefruit gummies in a champagne flute. Finally, a brunch-appropriate tequila cocktail.

The beef tartare was amazing. If you get the signature four course menu realize that the entree course is the same size as the others, and don't expect a massive steak.

The green garlic soup is amazing! Unique and refreshing flavor. The foie gras creme brulee is decadent but well worth it. The pork loin entree is also very yummy!

Great spot for a date. You are dining in style but feels away from the hordes even though you are definitely in Vegas. Very good food too.

The food is exceptional, but the bar program's riveting absinthe ritual counts as a destination event in its own right: flames, fumes, and a few stiff drinks are all part of the show. Read more

Sip on the tangy 3-Day Mary: tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, serrano chilis and cayenne are marinated for 3 days with basil, celery sticks, tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, served with a pickle.

We enjoyed every bite of everything we had here except the desserts were only so-so. Try the scallops or tile fish after starting with the mushroom "salad."
