The Gaspe salmon is sublime but don't miss the best Babka anywhere period. Chocolate or cinnamon.

Try the Classic with Wild Western Nova and horseradish cream cheese on a plain bagel. Looking for something more decadent, go for the Daughter's Delight; rich but perfect.
