Christos ZervasSeptember 18, 2016The best in airport hotel I have ever been with outstanding friendly personnel, huge lounge area, awesome breakfast variety and special & luxurious accessible rooms for wheelchair users.- If you're visiting for a convention, the food can be prohibitively expensive, but this can be remedied through a run to the Co-op/Texaco garage or the nearby pubs. Just be sure to shop early.

BronzeAgeJune 29, 2015It was surprisingly quiet even though it is right next to the runway and is being renovated. I liked the modern clean feel of the renovated rooms, very much what you'd expect in American type hotel.
Mark LeeMarch 27, 2017Superb views of the airport. Rain shower walk in. Comfortable beds. Busy slightly formal hotel. Good though not exceptional breakfast in main restaurant. Club/Executive Lounge a little disappointing.
EDROctober 2, 2016Nice hotel by Heathrow airport. Used mainly by airlines to park you as you'll loose your flight to your final destination. Move around hotel and terminals with the Hoppe bus.

Free internet if u sit by the smoking area outside the hotel. Just log onto the heathrow guest wifi and register. U get 3hrs n 45 mins free access.

PiguMay 31, 2017Clean, comfortable. Expensive but that's expected at an airport hotel. Only negative was a grumpy concierge, who got stroppy with me about a mistake made by the hotel. Soured my experience.

Apparently you have to request an extra bed for child as it's standard policy to assume will all share.- All in all a crap hotel esp if u r staying long term. Dull, oudated n low standards. If u fancy seeing some nice cabin crew then its worth it or else definately nit recomended. Wifi at £15/day rip off

Don't waste money on hoppa service as bus stops are almost outside. Use bus stop 19 from central bus station at Heathrow.

PattieOctober 13, 2013Hotel need some serious renovations. Very surprised since it is a Renaissance Hotel. No wonder it was so cheap. It is just a place to sleep for a few nights so no big deal. Staff seems nice however.- Great for plane spotting as it's right opposite the runway.

Do not pay for a ride to/from the airport - take the public buses (111, 105, 140, 285, 555) - the hotel is in the free Heathrow Zone.

- Tiny room..tiny closet..nice view, though. Room overlooking runway. Better take the red bus(111,140,555..) for free ride to/from the Heathrow airport. Hoppa bus costs £4 for one way!
Simple,outdated,dull rooms. No shower cap provided 😓 . Poor/expensive room service. Here on duty with MK. Bed is comfy though.
