Take a few minutes, even in winter, to explore the central Rose Garden. Lots of flowers with silly names, and plenty of sculpture.

Did you know? 40 people died in Regent's Park in 1867 when ice covering the ponds gave way, drowning the hapless skaters. Please don't click the 'I've done this' button.
