How about free books? You can borrow, keep or trade in their little library. This warms my heart as much as the experience and coffee!
The Mocha is a great place to hang out, work, have a meeting or anything else while enjoing all your coffee house type drinks. The owner is very friendly and called me by name on my 2nd visit.
