Not just slow, but forgetful. Make coffee, put to one side, wait for customer to come back to enquire whereabouts. Simplest thing. Done wrong.

This place looks quirky inside but you need to wear polar clothing as it’s so cold. The coffee was alright. They need to spend some of their expensive coffee prices on sealing their doors properly.
