- If you have a chance, sit at the FAR END of the long counter. You'll see food getting microwaved (chili, stew, spaghetti, SAIMIN!!!). I order the fresh cooked stuff now: omelette, pancakes, etc.

- Besides regular coco or cream puffs, they also make Green Tea cream puffs. Green Tea cupcakes & jelly rolls are great too. Try malasada with sweet azuki bean paste if you like Japanese an donuts;)
- They have frozen Cocoa Puffs and frozen Green Tea Puff in the freezer section of the store. Ready to be purchased on the way to the airport.

- I find the Cinnamon Twists can be soft and chewy (not crisp) when purchased at 2 am. After all it has been sitting in the display case all day.
