This would historically the most boring AirPort. And passengers good luck with the immigrations if you are international passengers you are doomed. You will face epic pain in your feet.

Ronald FisherJune 26, 2014Customs officials are the slowest known to mankind. Expect a two hour stand in the queue. Other than that, although architectually a nice airport, there is absolutely not much to do while waiting.
You can find free wi-fi near cafe CoffeeTalk. ;-). No souvenirs or gifts..(
Nice Airport with many choices for food and coffee. There is a Huge Xplora Travel shop in Domestic terminal..a must visit shop to explore the luxury brands...Seems like staffs are well trained there
Improve a lot over the years .. At least there's a Macdonalds and a bunch of other restaurants

Not that good but it has a few stores and restaurants but the gov starting to improve the airport 👌🏼
Nothing wrong with the airport technically .. but in my opinion its not a case of “if its not broken don’t fix it “ Dammam deserves better 💚
It is becoming better now .i think with new company will be more attractive 🙋🏻♂️
Surprisingly they have new rules of not accepting specific bags that they only have on their disks..not published anywhere ..after i arrived i found many bags of what they deemed not acceptable
Sorry to say this airport s in the richest part of the country, the world !!!
