Don't bother with the Cobb salad. Everything gets skimped on. And it's always missing some ingredient.
No matter what time of day, expect a 20 minute wait or more. The Paris Texas platter is worth it though!
Dawn WaltersMarch 2, 2013Soysage is not so great. Too dry. Substitue beans or a meatless chorizo if you can. Can't fake that pork product and make it tasty.
The food is very inconsistent. When it's good, it's GOOD, but poetry times, it's not nearly as portioned
