Superb luxury hotel with Starck design, great service and of course the most perfect views. Very close by the Pyla dunes, luxurious spot for lunch as well.

La Carte des Vins (Wines Menu) is a masterpiece by itself: my choice was a Moët & Chandon (85€) bottle for drinks at sunset paired with crispy roasted patatas bravas.
