Executive lounge on 26th floor has a decent espresso machine

Nice rooms and location. However, if you don't like noise, this hotel is not for you.

Hotel has been redone and it's nice, but the eleavators are slow, especially in the morning! I waited about 10 minutes!
Ask for a bay side room on a higher floor for a beautiful, scenic view.
Avoid the hotel dry cleaning if you can. There are quite a few options a block from the hotel for a fraction of the price.

The rooms with room numbers ending in -000 are next to the elevator and ice machine. Avoid.
