Try the fried ribs - delicious even to this non-lover of the rib.
Try the brisket chili as one of your side items! The Frito Pie or Fried Mac-n-Cheese are tasty apps!

The brisket "burger" is a revelation: brisket, pimento cheese, bacon, pickles, jalapeno mayo. DO IT NOW, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!
