- Magnus JernApril 12, 2017Nice food and coffee shops. Free wifi. McDonald's. Shopping is pretty poor except duty free.
- Not the most fancy airport, but everything is quick and organized. Stuff is efficient.
- Alexander v. S.June 30, 2019Easy to reach, efficient security and baggage drop. Awful toilet situation, carpets with stains in the waiting area.
- Free WiFi that actually works. Other things here happen slow though.
- Fedor MuhosranskiyNovember 18, 2017Airport is good, but VERY SLOW security and passport check. U must be very fast and brash if u have only an hour between flights. Seriously, people, such crowds decrease the safety of this place.
- Little PhilDecember 22, 2018If you are flying from the EU and then going international (leaving the continent,) get food before going through the international customs. There are barely any food options past Polish customs.
- Barna JardanyApril 9, 2013Fast lane security is hidden at the right hand side corner. Follow business class signs.
- Dmytro TsypkinApril 13, 2015The passport control is crazy as everywhere in Poland. But anyway it's less crazy here comparing to Katowice.
- Florian DMay 20, 2013Bus 175 takes you to Center and Old Town in 40 minutes, among others. If you are cheap and have the time...
- There is a water fountain next to the inside Costa Coffee Shop.
- very crowded airport! remember to be at least one hour before the flight if you don't want to miss your flight. the security control is a real mess and nobody controls the number of open gates!
- Daniel ZegarraJune 12, 2013In the 2nd floor the cafe in the waiting zone (before pass the boarding zone) have open wifi.
- Ewa AgamiJanuary 1, 2015Marble jungle with all gates in one long line making it a pain in the neck if you land in gate 6 and fly from gate 43... Clean. Impersonal. Expensive food by Polish standards.
- New train line opened from airport to city center Cheaper than taxi and definitely convenient!
- Watch out for street parking- police is super fast here to give tickets!
- Alina Maatjes-SiletskayaMarch 9, 2013Pretty sad and boring airport, really not much to do. If you have a long stopover, better go explore Warsaw for a few hours. Bus 175 takes you there for a bit less than 1 EUR and takes 30 min.
- Alyona ChJuly 29, 2017Nice airport, all good. Bad thing : you can only charge your phone sitting on the floor close to the toilets 🚽:/
- Get some cash before leaving the airport, credit cards might not work everywhere. There are at least a couple of ATMs in the hall just before exiting the building.
- Network "Chopin Airport Free WIFI" works really good. You can get pasword via sms.
- Jo Van HoveOctober 14, 2011taxis are cheap in Warsaw - but there are 4 tarifs - plse make sure that taximeter is on '1' during daytime !! otherwise bad surprise. Airport to city is around 35 zloti...
- Darshan RangnathAugust 16, 2015Skip the cab line, and take the bus into the city. 30min for $4.40 PLN.
- Tomas SApril 7, 2019Free WiFi is nice but unable to use VPN thru it. Causes some issues if you have to work on the go.
- Modern pleasant airport but 'entertainment' options are limited
- Alexa TaukchiMarch 10, 2017The most tourist unfriendly place I've ever been to! The airport free wi fi doesn't work and no one knows why, half of the staff knows no word in English!
- If the security line at the new terminal is long. Head over to the old terminal (2 min walk). The line at the old terminal is usually much shorter.
- Maria TsingouMarch 7, 2016I just spend 5 hours looking for a comfortable place to sit and trying to connect to the "free Internet" ... no such luck. The shops are OK, the cafes are not so good.
- Difficult to find. Exit the arrivals to the street, then turn right and walk to the end of the terminal. Go down the stairs just before the bus terminal. Ticket machine just inside.
- Relaxed and spacious airport I really enjoy coming here, it's a pity that recently WiFi doesn't work here at all
- Maera SiddiqiMarch 8, 2013When picking up a wifi login from the kiosks, position your boarding pass two inches away from the scanner. Otherwise, it won't work.
- Jonatan AgamiDecember 30, 2014It's a big modern airport with speakers that are way too loud. Many places to sit, though made out of metal. Very expensive food compared to regular Polish prices.
