If you like cheese then I can't find a reason for you not to love this place. Check out all three levels.

It's all about the happy hour. A buck off all coffee drinks, 2:30-3:30. Oh, and free samples of cheese.

Ask for a Grilled Cheese Martini downstairs... It's not on the menu and one of the more, um, 'interesting' drinks in the city.
Great shop, cheese made in store! French onion soup, cheese curds and sitting on a milk crate chairs!

Mac'n cheese is too creamy for my taste (and not burnt) but the grilled fig & cheese panini & tomato soup are to die for.- If you order ahead, you can get cheese curds immediately after they're made; BEFORE they're refrigerated.
Pro tip: mix some tomato soup into your mac and cheese. You won't regret it!
Get the Mac and Cheese. Seriously! Even if you don't like mac and cheese. It's a game changer!
