- Blanche MonteroJuly 23, 2017It is confusing, not clean in all areas, the food court is small, not too much variety and expensive. There are people there who help but need to be updated on new construction sites. Didn't like it.
- If traveling by Aeromexico use the automatic check in machines, they save you a lot of time!

- Free wifi if you buy a Starbucks!! Watch out the data is in the reciept
- Being Mexico the first or second economy in LA, is shocking the bad airport it has.
- Make sure you fly into the “good” terminal or you’ll wait 3+ hours for immigration in a hot and humid line with no water. Real story: I saw a woman pass out waiting in that line.
- Very bad WiFi for an international airport. Ask everywhere, even the candy shop, if they have a connection to try to get access. And save the passwords.
- Don't lose the immigration card you filled when coming in. You'll need it to get out.
- Nataly WitchJanuary 5, 2019Very weird navigation. There’s no flight information even 20 minutes before boarding and then suddenly your flight is postponed for two hours when you at already at your gate.
- Why do we need another airport if the people working there will also give a bad service and will be ill equipped to do their work? 20 minutes before the flight closing there was none at the front desk
- Worst airport in LATAM I have spent countless hours in immigration. Aside of the Aeromexico premier salon there are no decent food/drink places to wait. The only free wifi lasts for 30 min....
- Patience is a must when you arrive... Very long immigration lines.

- Free WIFI only if you buy something at Starbucks. They have two branches.
- Mexico City (D.F.) is the most populated city in the world & the busiest in Mexico and the Largest in Latin America.
- United Club has self-serve Campari and free wifi. (Terminal 1, Sala H, 2nd floor)
- Lines are not long, but you'll need to walk a lot to get to your gate.

- Nora ChoApril 20, 2018Terminal 1 after check in, lacks good dining options. Crowded areas, hall way is sometimes used as gate entrance. Messy.
- Big, swarming airport with long, long line at immigration.

- T2 (aeromexico and affiliates plus Copa) is semi modern and quite ok and you are allowed to use carts for baggage. T1, is old, crowded, warm and extremely slow. The worst in my experience!
- Hold ur breath, something they use to clean carpets smells like puke. It follows u thru immigration like its on ur shoe.
- When they say check in 3 hours before your flight, they're not kidding. Seriously.
