O K: Nice joint near Union Sq for vino & grub, mostly from Spain. It's puny and can get way crowded, but has great atmosphere & if you're a pair, the two window stools are the best to hang out at.
Ben Reifer: Amazing wine, cheese pairings. Bartender knows his vino
Lucille Fisher: Excellent place for a pre-dinner drink or an evening of tapas & vino. My favorite a place by the window. The bar is small so when it gets full, it tends to be noisy, not ideal for conversations.

John A: Hip wine bar with nice design, super staff and good vino. Try a food item.. All have been pretty decent.
Becca Toth: Get the quail egg toast - decadent and comforting at the same time. Also try the cauliflower - they add breadcrumbs to give it texture.
Serious Eats: A charming wine bar that stands above the rest in Hell's Kitchen. Small plates are great for snacking.

Josiah David Chapman: Dino was an amazing host! The vino was supherb, the cappuccinos were on point, the seabass was unreal (and served whole and portioned table side), and the caprese was fresh and perfectly seasoned.
PureWow: The West Village branch of this Italian café is the perfect mix of stylish people & laid-back-by-day, romantic-by-night vibes. Grab a seat for a cappuccino, avocado toast and a prime vantage point. Read more.

Serious Eats: One of our favorite wine bars in New York, with an ever-changing dinner menu, wine classes, and an event space.
Frederic Guarino: Go to Taralluci e Vino and sample their great wine list - excellent Riesling from Italy !
Tristan: "Tarallucci e Vino offers snacks to drinkers at the bar on weeknights from 4pm-close every night. The plates change each day but offerings typically include pizzette, quiche and olives." - eater.com

Laura Frank: Prosciutto a disappointment. Jerky like chunks instead of the melt in your mouth goodness I, personally, was hoping for. But the lovely staff and service make everything okay. Vino is bueno also.
Jenn: Great HH deals on a glass of red or white wine. Also, a very reasonable selection of charcuterie as a snack!
Wine Enthusiast: Lelabar is one of our favorite wine bars in the city. The room is romantic, the staff is knowledgeable and the wines are complex and delicious! Read more.

C Daley: Great service and vino
Alvaro: Excelent winery!!! Very nice staff, great help with some Excelent sugestions! Sometimes there is free wine tastings. Strong recomended! ;)
Serious Eats: Located inside the famous Chelsea Market, this spirits shop carries a respectable array of quality liquor. The prices skew a little high, but it's a best bet for the neighborhood nonetheless.
Joy Sykes: Great date spot. Dim lighting, relaxed atmosphere, fairly priced vino.
Alyson Warshaw: This place is the best. All the food is amazing! My favorites are the mushroom quesidillas, chicken pate and of course the pork sandwich. The service here is also amazing, everyone is sooooo nice!!
Nicole Dupras: The $18 bottle of wine during happy hour makes this place a must. Unheard of prices in Manhattan. #deal #bethany ;)

Kristina Shahoian: Love this place! Sit at the bar and ask for their recos (Joel is great) on vino. The Gnocchi is awesome but super rich so split it with a friend.
Veronique V: One of my uptown favorites. Huge fan of the goat cheese & black pepper bruschetta, as well as the veal ragout farfalle. Wine is also incredibly well-priced. Sit in their back garden, if you can.
New York Habitat: We're obsessed with their sheep's ricotta cheese and black truffle honey bruchetta. Don't think, just get it. Pair it with the gnocchi di ricotta and a wine by the glass for a perfect experience.
