Steamed (white) or baked (Brown) roast pork buns are delicious. I prefer the baked because the bread is a little sweet then you get a little salty from the today pork. Perfect combination.

The soup dumplings are the best I've ever had outside of Shanghai. The ramen is yummy too, but if you leave without eating the dumplings you're making a huge mistake.

My husband spent 6 yrs in Japan and if this place gets his thumbs up, it means a lot. Kara-ge, pork buns, gyu-don, & spicy tonkotsu ramen-- all excellent. We will be back to try the rest of the menu.

The spicy ramen& the pork buns are delicious. This is my go to ramen spot in the area. I like the taste of Totto Ramen in hells kitchen is better, but there is no wait at Jin Ramen& it's still tasty

Must haves: the salt & pepper shrimp, and their moo shoo pork. Be careful not to over order! Their portions are generous, & besides, why on earth would you want anything but NYC's best soup dumplings?

The trick is definitely to come on the earlier side - we went on a Wednesday around 6 to put our names in and were seated by 6:30. Also, the pork buns are a must!
