The Abita beer bread (served with the bbq shrimp appetizer) is INCREDIBLE.

Fairly expensive, contrary to what others are saying — $15 hamburger, $1 extra for every add-on: cheese, bacon, grilled onions. So $18 for that. Would you call that fairly inexpensive? I wouldn’t.

This is the first shrimp & grits dish I’ve had that was soup-y. I didn’t like that. The dish was well-seasoned and so it “tasted good”. I just didn’t like that it was soup. Small menu. Over-priced.

The staff are very friendly, but the food is expensive! 2 people, drinking only water, and the check was $56 (not including a reasonable tip for good service).
