Go early or late. And avoid meal times (especially during the weekend) if you’re looking to get groceries. It’s next to impossible to navigate!

It’s still a bit crowded, but you can find things you not available at other neighbourhood grocery stores.

The Manulife Centre gives free parking for up to 2 hours with proof of a $50 purchase from a single retailer. Present your receipt at the customer service desk on the concourse level

Everything here is pricey but high quality. I enjoyed an excellent ice americano and cannoli here.
