- The Gutter LIC transforms you back to 1995 bowling in a laid-back vibe. Less crowded than it's BK counterpart and all around fun. Fri/Sat nights will get busy, but lanes are easy to catch otherwise.
- The Gutter LIC is my jam. An old taxi garage-turned bowling alley with old lanes from Rochester. Stick around awhile, and even if there's a wait, eat some hot dogs and play a little Jenga.
- kbd bMarch 30, 2018Bowling here is super fun. Beware. Lots of seats, hotdogs, beers, board games and Jenga while you wait for lanes. Not a big fan of the bartenders but well, who says this is a drinking place anyways?Upvoted 5 days ago
- Andrew CFebruary 8, 2020Get a # on arrival, wait til its called, then bowl away -- there's only 7 lanes, so expect 1+ hr wait... plenty of good sit-down restaurant options nearby, variety of cuisines!!!
- Bowling equipment has had some sort of malfunction every time I've gone, and waits can be 90 minutes+ on weekends, but I still love coming here!
- Kiwi WangJuly 29, 2017Vintage bowling alley with all the basics. Super fun and casual. Get the hot dogs!! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
- O WillSeptember 22, 2017Sooo much fun! Long Island teas are good and my date and I enjoyed ourselves practicing bowling! The shoes are cute too.
- Taiowa WanerMarch 2, 2018If you can get a lane the bowling is fun; beware, the wait can be over 2 hours on busy nights. Good beer selection with decent prices.
- Sean SmithFebruary 11, 2018Old school bowling with a great beer selection as well as a variety of hot dogs. Pretty big space.
- Jesse LaneNovember 27, 2017Great spot for a no frills, good time. Cheapest bowling I’ve seen in NYC.
- fun spot but the wait for bowling is always so long and they don’t take reservations
- Show up early on the weekend because it fills up extremely fast
