Clifton MJuly 9, 2017Update from previous post: Panera Bread, without contacting me, refunded my $8.61. Not sure if b/c I was obviously displeased at the restaurant or b/c of my review.
I placed an order through the app for Rapid Pickup. Waited 10 min past when it was due, ended up getting my sandwich with none of the customizations I requested, including extra toppings I paid for :(- Clifton MJune 26, 2017Terrible - awful service. Used "Rapid" order kiosk for sandwich & fruit. Told it's ready when it's not. Given someone else's order. Got sandwich 7 minutes after the screen said "ready".
