Best place to grab a coffee right in Court Square. Very friendly staff, always makes a great coffee and learns your order if you visit frequently. Stop here daily and tip generously.
Great addition to the neighborhood, but it's tough to get a seat on the weekend when half the people are using their laptops...
Pros: ceiling (look up!), great breakfast roll, atmosphere. Cons: crowded with people with laptops (no seats), pastry is so-so (go to Canelle Patisserie for that), cappuccino is cold.

Look up and see the high ceilings from the lack of upper floors.
Nice coffee, good sandwiches. Overpriced though and credit card only, which is a discriminatory practice and alone makes me reconsider continuing to come here.- Grab an oat milk latte and a table in their garden and be happy and content.
