This is the first Starbucks of its kind in the world - the baristas are all Coffee Masters who can set you up with alcohol or a tasting flight from a Clover, pour over, or old school syphon.
Knowledgeable staff that's eager to talk about coffee. Try to get a seat in front of the siphon!
