Amazing new restaurant from the cofounder of NoMa. Every dish coaxed the best out of its ingredients. I loved the beef heart tartare, and the butter is to die for.

Ben MackeyJanuary 6, 2017If you don't do one of their tasting menus, I highly recommend getting the starter snacks and sweet snacks from the a la carte menu. The guinea hen, tilefish and halibut for two are excellent too.
