Amazing new restaurant from the cofounder of NoMa. Every dish coaxed the best out of its ingredients. I loved the beef heart tartare, and the butter is to die for.

Menu tailored to the freshest seasonal ingredients. Love their Land and Sea. Service/tip are included in the prices. Their frozen pine souffle is amazing!

The hay foam (!) on the cauliflower amazing. Cornelius Vanderbilt cocktail yummy with smoke infused into a Manhattan. Best thing is bread & butter so order snacks + small plates, skip the pricy main

If you don't do one of their tasting menus, I highly recommend getting the starter snacks and sweet snacks from the a la carte menu. The guinea hen, tilefish and halibut for two are excellent too.

Liked uniqueness of locale. Grilled Mackerel&Roasted Guinea Hen-both tender&moist. Presentation was clean&unfussy. Schramsberg, Brut Rosé 2014-dry&crisp. Dessert-Linden Flower-unique blend of flavors.

Visited for lunch. 2 dish tasting menu for $40, add $8 for dessert. All dishes were wonderful: beef tartare, mushroom plate, grilled chicken. Small dining room. Midtown business crowd.

One of the best tasting menus in nyc. Fantastically different Nordic take on food in a unique and welcome but different environment. Perfection in service.

Get the tasting menu and sit back and enjoy the ride! Favorites were the oyster, the potato salad, the lamb, and the pine ice cream!

The bread and butter are wonderful. The oyster that came with the snacks may have been the best I have ever had!

If you think you don't like beetroot, I highly suggest ordering the Salt and ash Baked Beet Root. It will change how you think about vegetables forever.

Swedish Meatballs on a LACK table. Rude Service. Apparently if you don't get the tasting menu, the waitress is annoyed by your questions and justifies double-charging you for an entree.

Expensive, mediocre and slow service. The place is amazingly designed but the food is meh. I don't understand why people make only good comments about this place. Not worth the money.

One of the worst places I have ever been. Bad vibe, awful decor and disappointing expensive food.
