I got to try out the Shio & the Shoyu ramen. Both are very good! Next time I'm going for the vegan tonkotsu with both meats added! Can't wait!

Jordan HeishmanAugust 17, 2018I had the shoyu noodle. It was not good in flavor or texture. The egg was completely raw, as if it was simply dropped in at the last second. The price is absolutely outrageous!
