Slowest coffee shop I have seen on 4 continents. What is wrong with this business???? 8 people shouldn't take 15 minutes, but it does. Every single time. STOP ASKING EVERY CUSTOMER LIKE 15 QUESTIONS.

- The health department should intervene to stop their ludicrously slow method of processing transactions. Needlessly forcing long lines during a pandemic is unconscionable.
