Their specialty is a yuzu shio ramen, which is light, crisp, and refreshing… But Afuri is also a damn good izakaya. Start off with an assortment of small bites, skewers, nigiri… Finish off with ramen!
Sake drinker looking for something different? I very highly recommended the "Cedar Barrel". Absolutely fantastic brew with just the right hint of cedar to it. Do a 10oz Tokuri. It's worth it.
Courtney RobertsJanuary 14, 2017Great space, open & industrial, but not loud. I could talk in a normal level to the person I was with. Had the Torigara spicy ramen, spicy but not too spicy. You could taste everything else with it.
The tonkotsu tantanmen is incredible, strongly recommended and at the edge of a non-spicy person's heat tolerance.
