- Gregory WilsonApril 30, 2016The atmosphere is trendy, food is full of flavor. Felt stuffed but glad I was able to check out Symon's latest. Got the spare ribs which fell off the bone. BBQ & hot sauce were CLE style.
- The brisket melts in your mouth (get fatty!). Hot greens are the best I've ever had. Broccoli salad is way better than it should be. Smoked beets we're good, but not something I would ever get again.
- "This is Cleveland" platter is logical starting point: smoky perfect ribs, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly, and tasty kielbasa on cabbage. Sauce compliments perfectly. Get Cracklins with Lawson's Dip!

- The Lamb Ribs were delicious, but not better than the brisket, spare ribs, or pork belly. Cole slaw is outstanding and Broccoli Salad is way better than you expect.

- Brisket / pulled pork continue to be above avg. Sides leave a lot to be desired (e.g., cream corn has no cream) and lack of baby backs is annoying. Sauces have niche flavors that are serviceable.
