- my favorite cafe in philly, by far. Their dirty chai is rich and real. Their rye chai coffee cocktail latte is magic for a sharp morning. Food is top knotch, grab some goi cuon if you're on the run.
- Erik CintronMarch 14, 2016Sexy Asian spot, what a nice place to eat small tapas. High end food , drinks and crowd with awesome mixologist. Has a full open restaurant on the other side they cook in front of you.
- RCMay 2, 2016Signature edamame dumplings are great. Great sushi and robotakayi. The menu is a bit daunting, go for the chef's tasting the first time.If you have a reservation, find the host in the back to seat you.
- Double Knot is the best combination of great coffee and cozy atmosphere. It's the perfect spot to sit and read with a cup of coffee in the middle of the day. They have a great pastry selection, too.
- Jenna LancasterOctober 26, 2016Freshest fish in the area. Very small portions, will order seconds. Cod fried rice is a must. Cocktail selection is original and strong. Recommend trying a new drink. Dark interior/underground concept
- Nohra MuradFebruary 6, 2019My favorite restaurant in Philly, my favorite happy hour in Philly, my favorite coffee shop in Philly...just go here all the time. Also, $7 lunches and friendly bar patrons!!
- Chef tasting menu is the way to go. They start easy with small plates then lay it on real heavy with big dishes at the end, so come very hungry and be sure to request the lamb chop robatayaki.
- KarenFebruary 27, 2022The food is delicious, absolutely try the chef's tasting menu (must-have: the sea bass). Amazing and totally worth it. The service is exceptional.
- Tapas style food which makes it easy to sample a variety of dishes. The edamame dumplings and Kobe skewers have my vote. Get The Double Knot cocktail while you're at it (prepared table side).
- Robin SinghviFebruary 14, 2016Super cute cafe. The ambiance is really cozy. Perfect for a cup of coffee and a book. Coffee is delish! Baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. Get the cortada!

- Taylor HartzelJuly 26, 2018Unbelievable sushi, drinks, and wait staff. Probably the best meal I have ever had
- Hillary IsraeliMarch 10, 2017The tasting menu is amazing and they will let you customize it if you want, or just go with a chef's choice.
- Rachel ShifmanJuly 29, 2018Unique and delicious sushi. The full dinner section on the lower floor is in a cool, industrial setting
- Halle WilfMarch 13, 2016It was very lively and trendy. My favorite thing was the cod fried rice with a caramel glaze. It was delicious

- Chris LeeFebruary 13, 2016The pork chops are amazing, but the tempura cheese curds will change your life.
- JP SistenichFebruary 4, 2016Great food, great atmosphere, but not the fastest service... Waiting 20 minutes for the check for two cups of coffee
- Jeremy S.December 2, 2016Tasting menu is 👌🏻 edamame dumplings and miso salmon were a couple highlights
- Premshree PillaiMay 30, 2016A hip Japanese izakaya by night, and a café in the morning, pulling Philly's Elixr.
- JP SistenichFebruary 4, 2016Skewers are awesome, basement restaurant is very cool. Short ribs are AMAZEBALLS.
- Basically all the happy hour food menu. Of cocktails, the Lovers double knot.
- Christina DahlDecember 28, 2018Happy hour deal for food & drink was great! Service left something to be desired
- The menu is a bit disorganized, but the food is (for the most part) on point, with only some misses. Definitely get the uni, cod fried rice, octopus carpaccio, lamb chops, and Japanese fried chicken.
