Its good for the area. Pleasant coffee shop with good coffee. Not too much realistic competition in the vicinity.

Good coffee!! Always friendly staff, however a little too quiet for me..sometimes I feel like I have to whisper when I’m talking, ok if you’re on your own but with a friend or group a little too quiet
