The Commons Cafe is a progressive minded venue where you can get coffee and whatever homemade goodie to pair with. Friendly staff as well as a very informative when it comes to current events.
I was their first customer when they opened over the summer. It's a stop for me when my daughter is at nearby Mathnasium. It's not only a cool organic cafe but there's an event space at back.

- vasJuly 24, 2015Commons Cafe is a part of The Commons Brooklyn, which very lefty hosts talks and meetings such as "Rage Against the Capitalist Machine" and "Organizing Against the Hydra of Capitalism." Sweet!
