- everything here is super delicious. i normally go for the kale + lentil salad with a poached egg, but opted for the pork hash this time (which was so yummy and filling). the service is also fantastic.
- Chorizo sandwich is your best option <$10 and if you’re feeling like spending some $$$ the plato ecuatoriano (steak and potato cakes) is glorious.
- Nicholas DoyleFebruary 7, 2019The espresso (counter culture) was smooth and delicious, and this pork tamale is probably the best I’ve ever had. Moist, packed with flavor, and graced with a subtle piquancy - the perfect amount.
- The kale and lentil salad is my new fav here. It comes with crispy shallots, roasted carrots, pickled onion, and a tomato vinaigrette. Extra good with a poached egg on top.
- The ensalada de la casa is great—filling but also healthy. Add an egg for extra protein, but it doesn't even need it. Get a hibiscus lemonade to go with it.
- Leigh Anne ZinsmeisterAugust 29, 2015So glad to have a spot in the neighborhood serving brunch all day, every day! There's counter service and table service so it's perfect for every situation.
- Amy WuJune 18, 2016Great place to eat by yourself. There're a lot of counter and small tables, so probably not great for groups, but good to sit and eat and read. Recommend Horchata latte if you like cinnamon.
- Alex CoJuly 2, 2015Very chill working vibe here. Windows are large, perfect for people watching. I only stopped in for a short time but the iced coffee and apple cinnamon muffin I had were great.
- Beril EsenAugust 22, 2015The chorizo in the pancake breakfast was delicious! The pancakes were okay, but I wasn't a big fan of their dulce de leche. Their coffee is also very refreshing.
- Maya BruckDecember 6, 2015New favorite brunch spot. The De La Casa salad was fantastic, especially with the avocado scrambled egg sandwich. Lots of food though! Perfect for sharing.
- MichaelJanuary 27, 2017Excellent bright little cafe offering great food and great coffee. The avocado toast and horchata latte were delicious!
- Sue ApfelbaumMay 20, 2015enjoyed a delicious cortado and breakfast torta (I had the chorizo & egg with avocado on telera bread). cute space and pleasant vibes. recommended.
- Anna KayMay 29, 2015Chorizo sandwich is super tasty. The staff are nice and smiley. Great place for a quick bite or study sesh
- The pork hash was outstanding. The coffee is so rich and tasty. And everyone was so friendly and nice.
- inna katsAugust 3, 2015Get the chorizo scrambled egg sammich, ask for Avocado!! So good, flavorful and filling. I barely drink coffee but theirs is off the hook
- Really cute cafe with delicious pastries! The horchata was delicious. Be prepared to wait for a table on the weekends though
- Marie La RueApril 28, 2019Excellent Latin-American café with great brunch menu. Add chorizo to everything. Ensalada de la casa was very hearty.
- If they catch you staring at the packages of granola by the register, they might tell you it’s the best granola around. They’re not kidding.
- Dan HollandFebruary 17, 2019Avocado and scrambled egg sandwich was delicious. Salad was very hearty too. Great ingredients and flavors all round.
- Brad WillardNovember 27, 2019I’d go here everyday if I lived closer. Maybe I should move. Coffee and food are home runs. Tamales and Avocado were fabulous
- Ohilikechickn .July 15, 2017Amazing food, amazing coffee, great pastries, great portions, great prices. Try Their pancakes and their quinoa salad. 👌🏼👌🏼
- M GonzalezAugust 12, 2018Avocado toast is great, really friendly service, & nice natural light for reading or hanging out
- Greta ShullJune 30, 2019Excellent coffee and good food, but service varies and last time found paint chips in the water glasses.
- John ShrimpMarch 17, 2018Colina Cuervo is a coffee bar and café offering the Latin-American based food that owner Jorge Salamea grew up with.
- Colina cuervo Best drip coffee I’ve ever had! This lovely Colombian shop serves Counter Culture coffee on drip, as well as pour over. But the drip is bar none and the pricing can’t be beat. No AMEX.
- Kristin UlmerMay 12, 2019FYI - WiFi and Laptop usage is only ok after 3:30pm on the weekends. Learned that one the hard way today after I’d already purchased coffee and food. They really ought to have a sign somewhere!!
