- Lucas JordanOctober 14, 2016The only downside to Portillo's I've found so far is their milkshakes are a bit thick so if you're on the go, you have to wait a bit to enjoy one. Once it is ready to go through the straw, very tasty.

Crystal VJuly 7, 2015First time to Portillo's and was highly disappointed. The layout was confusing. Couldn't see the menu from the line. Plus, they DO NOT offer KIDS MEALS=wasted food/$$
