Great atmosphere, nice food. Good to see Bills in Welwyn. Place gets easily loud even when people talk quietly.
If there can only be one dessert to exist on earth, this is it. Treacle Tart. You meal is never complete without this. Caveat? You'll get high on sugar.

Bill’s Welwyn restaurant, which has some outdoor seating for sunny days, is a great mix of booths and sharing tables. Light and airy during the day, we get the candles and candelabras twinkling for evening time.
