    I had a great experience here. Had fun ordering off an iPad, food was good, and service was speedy before my flight. My server, Natasha was a sweetheart and was quick with. What I wanted.

    I wanted to like this place more...good atmosphere and high tech self order system via iPads. Decent for airport food but my spinach was definitely a few days past its prime...

    I can't believe it! It will stick with me forever. I sat at the bar, ordered a martini that came to $24+. Had a front row seat to prep area -the most disgusting behavior I have ever seen. Don't eat!

    The traveler’s dilemma. Great food, horrible experience. The food is fantastic, especially as for airport restaurants… unfortunately it’s hit or miss whether you’ll actually get your order or not.

    Terrible! If only I had read the tips about this place on Foursquare! It's not italian food, expensive, lousy service. Plus, the whole thing of not being able to pay with cash is just stupid.

    Took an hour for an order of asparagus. Despite touch screen ordering, I had to remind servers about two of my orders. Servers were quibbling with each other. Just get by attitude from staff. Food meh

    Server was cheerful b4 you ordered but grumpy after you already paid and locked in the tip. We've used this system elsewhere plenty of times and gotten good service

    Insanely overpriced, but it's an airport restaurant! Can vouch for the chicken parm, it was twice the size of my forearm.

    Food is good. Prices as expected for a restaurant in EWR. Staff was fighting with each other the whole time. Its too crazy here, I wouldn't come back.

    Adequate burger, but service was slow due to kitchen backup. iPad self-ordering is neat, but the card reader was flaky.

    Prep people eat the prep food with their hands, touch people's food on their plates while prepping then lick their fingers and go to the next plate! Soooo horrible! No gloves.

    Stake was previously cooked and reheated before being served, it was horrible, waiter added the tip to the bill without even asked

    Whoa! Left in 3 minutes! Had a glass of water placed to my right, had a sip, oops -- it was sprite, that of my neighbor! The waitress scolded me like I was a two-year-old.
