AlohaKarina 🌺🌈🏝January 13, 2019The Bear bowl with the beans and meat was excellent & a bit spicy, although the brisket was a little dry in spots—add some BBQ sauce there. If you gray takeout, ask for utensils. We got none!!
Burnt ends should be your number one priority—with all that extra bark, it's the best part of the brisket. This is real deal KC barbecue and everything is excellent.

WayneApril 9, 2017Watch the BBQ servers. They will shortchange you. By that I mean, if you order a multi meat combo you may end up with 4 ribs from the smallest pig and a slice of brisket. Don't be afraid to speak up.
