Mandar MDecember 30, 2015You can customize the bomba. I love black rice but don't like squid so I asked them to make it with shrimp and chorizo. Don't forget the carrot habanero sauce !! Not hot more flavor !!

Another example of a Spanish restaurant that has fantastic tapas and drinks but has so-so pallea. Stay the drinks and small plates and you'll have an excellent meal. Jamon croquetas were tops.
Get the chicken and churros. Their play on chicken and waffles has just been on the menu for only a week, but hopefully it's a mainstay. Haven’t had a meal here that wasn’t flavorful and satisfying. My current favorite is the Brussels sprouts.
Great cocktails. All the plates were well-prepared and in perfect portions. Loved the ceviche and quail.
